I’ve worked with Eric multiple times over the last 2–3 years. He has built gaming PCs for my kids, helped with upgrades, and stuck with me through difficult troubleshooting sessions. These are not basic PCs either. All of my gaming rigs have X3D chips and premium parts, so I needed someone who truly understands high-end gaming builds, part compatibility, cooling, tuning, and performance. Eric knows how to handle premium AMD rigs, Intel builds, AMD GPUs, NVIDIA GPUs, and high-performance setups the right way. This last time, I brought him multiple PCs because my kids needed better cooling, case swaps, and upgrades. Eric far exceeded my expectations. He understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish and made sure everything worked together properly. When you are dealing with premium parts, you need someone who knows what they are doing, and Eric does outstanding work. One of our PCs was shutting down, and we had no idea why. After troubleshooting, testing parts, swapping parts, and looking at the full system, Eric helped narrow the issue down to the case and airflow. It wasn’t about throwing parts at the problem. He worked through the problem with me until we understood what was happening. What separates Eric from a lot of other shop owners is his honesty and transparency. Most shops will simply tell you that you need a new part or that something is not working, and then you’re left wondering if they’re being honest or just trying to sell you something. Eric is different. He shows you what the part is supposed to be doing, why it may be bottlenecking, why it could be causing stutters, thermal issues, shutdowns, or performance problems, and he explains it in a way that actually makes sense. Another huge thing is that Eric has the capacity to actually work with you. That is very rare. He listens, troubleshoots, explains, adjusts, and keeps working through the issue until the build is right. That matters a lot when you are dealing with expensive parts, gaming performance, cooling problems, or a PC that just is not acting the way it should. Some people might read this and think maybe it is a slow shop and that is why he has the time to work with one customer like this. That is not the case. This is also a cellphone and tech store, and cellphone repairs are going on throughout the day thanks to Eric and his team. Even with the shop staying busy, Eric still has the patience and professionalism to give real attention to the customer and make sure the job is done right. Whether you know a lot about PCs or barely know where to start, Eric explains what’s going on, what you should be concerned about, and where the problem is likely coming from. That kind of clarity is hard to find. A lot of places take your PC, give you a quick answer, and leave you guessing. Eric works with you, gives you the truth, shows you the issue, and helps you understand your options. He also understands affordability, and because of his vendor relationships, he has access to better parts pricing, which makes a big difference when building or upgrading a gaming PC. I’m extremely picky when it comes to PCs, especially gaming PCs for my kids, and Eric has earned my trust through real experience. Absolutely amazing, I was so worried about my phone bc everything is on there. They had the part IN STORE and fixed it in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. For only $120 too??? So cheap fast and reliable. Thank you guys!!! I will be coming back anytime I need something else.

Awesome experience!!! If you have a steam deck that needs a repair they will get it done. They are very good at soldering they fixed my USB-C port and got it to charge again I appreciate them for there hard work.

place is very nice with lots of choices of phone cases and used phones and tablets for affordable prices. we came to get our phone fixed and the he had it ready in only 30 minutes! it was also cheaper than other places to get our battery replaced and a new screen. super fast service and shoutout to kalinba, he was super helpful and friendly!
